Guanidine hydrochloride, English name: Guanidine hydrochloride, alias is aminoformamidine hydrochloride, its molecular formula is CH5N3·HCl, molecular weight is 95.54. At present, guanidine hydrochloride is mainly used as an intermediate for medicines, pesticides, dyes and other organic compounds. It can also be used to synthesize folic acid, an anti-anemia drug, as an antistatic agent for synthetic fibers and as a protein denaturant. CN 110772507 A introduces the use of guanidine hydrochloride in the treatment of cancer/tumor drugs. In this method, guanidine hydrochloride has the following two embodiments:

1. Use alone

2. Administration: such as tablets, liquid preparations, oral, intravenous, interventional, etc., and can also be administered in conjunction with other chemotherapeutic drugs.

Dosage: For adults, the initial dose of guanidine hydrochloride is 125 mg, three times a day; the dose is increased once every three days, and the dose is increased by 125-500 mg per day. The final dose is: 10-35 mg/kg·day, or depending on the condition , The patient's physique uses a higher dosage, or the patient has side effects of the drug; when side effects occur, the dosage is reduced back to the previous dose.

Tests have shown that the dose of guanidine hydrochloride (10-35mg/kg·day) has a significant effect on inhibiting the uptake of DNA by cancer cells, thereby effectively inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells; at the same time, the inhibitory rate of liver cancer tumors can reach 42% after 9 days of injection of guanidine hydrochloride; The inhibitory rate of lung cancer tumors can reach 56.8% after 7 days of injection of guanidine hydrochloride. Experimental results show that guanidine hydrochloride significantly inhibits cancer cells in animals suffering from cancer/tumor, has obvious technical effects, and can be clearly used in clinics. Clinically, the dosage of guanidine hydrochloride can also be adjusted on the basis of the above-mentioned dosage according to different patient's conditions.
