N,N'-Methylenediacrylamide is a widely used crosslinking agent with stable quality, high purity, and good performance. It belongs to the thickening agent and adhesive of acrylamide. It is used in Textile manufacturing to produce thickening agent and adhesive, in oil exploitation to produce plugging agent. It is also widely used in various fields such as leather chemicals and printing.
Application of N,N'-Methylenediacrylamide
As China's oil development enters the mid to late stage, the demand for improving the recovery rate of old oil fields is becoming increasingly urgent. The formation of many large pores and microcracks in the reservoir exacerbates the heterogeneity contradiction of the reservoir, resulting in lower oil recovery efficiency. In order to solve this problem, various water plugging and profile control agents are used to plug the high permeability area in the formation. Pre crosslinked gel particle (PPG) is a widely used water plugging and profile control agent at present. However, the strength of conventional PPG will significantly decrease after water absorption and swelling, resulting in its susceptibility to shear failure under formation pressure, which greatly affects the water plugging and profile control effect of PPG. Compared with existing technologies, the introduced biological macromolecules form coordination cross-linking with metal cations, and the copolymerized monomers can self crosslink to form relatively uniform cross-linking points during the free radical polymerization process. Organic cross-linking agents also serve as organic cross-linking points, enabling other introduced monomers to crosslink to form network structures and construct chemical cross-linking points; At the same time, the surface of the nano crosslinking agent contains multiple vinyl functional groups, which act as nano crosslinking agents and reinforcing agents, endowing the crosslinking system with more excellent performance.
