Product Introduction

EDOT is mainly used for synthesizing conductive polymer PEDOT, as well as for synthesizing conjugated polymers and copolymers. It can also be used as a reducing agent in the synthesis of gold nanoparticles and as a raw material in palladium catalyzed single arylation and double arylation reactions. In addition, EDOT can also be used in leather industry production.
Application of EDOT
Leather tanning agents are one of the most important chemicals in leather industry production, commonly used including chrome tanning agents, aluminum tanning agents, plant tanning agents, aldehyde tanning agents, and synthetic tanning agents. Chromium tanning agent is currently the most effective tanning agent, but it can produce pollution problems that are difficult to control; Therefore, in recent years, the development and development of green leather tanning agents has become a research hotspot, with the aim of replacing chrome tanning agents or reducing the amount of chrome tanning agents used.
