US mobile medical investment focus quietly changed to product for medical institutions as the core

  The investment focus of US mobile medical industry is quietly changing from the wearable equipment and health tracking products to the product for medical service gradually. The hot investment spots include: medical data application and doctor-patient interaction.
  Of the seven start-up projects selected by the New York Digital Health Accelerator in July 2014, only one products is for consumer (Noom free weight loss coaches) and the remaining six are very professional, targeted at the organizations.
  These products can be divided into two categories. One is data analysis and application, such as Allazo Health, which predicts patient medication through patient medication analysis; Clinigence, which iQuartic, which analyzes clinical data to help physicians improve service efficiency; and integrates and analyzes information such as electronic medical records, drug management, etc., and makes best treatment program for doctors; and Covertix, which protects privacy and confidential data.

  And the direction of investment is different from the past, for the first type of data applications products, the project is more targeted, entry point is also smaller. The current investment trend is to provide services for the organization.
