Congratulations on the unveiling of Soochow University-YACOO Advanced Materials Collaborative Innovation Center

On April 8, 2021, the unveiling ceremony of Soochow University-YACOO Advanced Materials Collaborative Innovation Center was grandly held at the YACOO headquarters. The leaders of the conference first visited the YACOO headquarters and fully affirmed the construction of the YACOO talent team and the research and development of core technologies.

At the meeting, Chairman Yuan Yongkun made a speech to express his gratitude to Soochow University for its long-term trust. Looking back on the development of YACOO , R&D drive and technological innovation have always been the same theme. It is hoped that taking this cooperation as an opportunity, both parties will give full play to their advantages, and base on the industrial needs in the follow-up industry-university-research cooperation, to realize innovation in key core technologies.

Professor Lu Jianmei，Academician of Russian Academy of Engineering and Chairman of Soochow University Association for Science and Technology， delivered a speech at the ceremony, expressing that it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of Soochow University's innovation resources and talent gathering, to provide all-round support for YACOO's scientific and technological innovation work. Enterprises help universities to cultivate talents, and the cultivated talents will also feed back to enterprises. It is hoped that the two parties will "integrate in ideas and cooperate in products", identify the development orientation in the follow-up industry-university-research cooperation, and realize complementary advantages and strong alliances through pragmatic cooperation, and realize innovation in key core technologies. Make every effort to build the collaborative innovation center into an important scientific research institution and platform in the field of synthetic chemistry at the municipal level and even the provincial level.

Zhang Fang, general manager of the company, also said that the company will continue to adhere to the value orientation of responsibility, innovation, cooperation and win-win, fully combine the school-enterprise cooperation advantages, and base on the company's positioning in the field of medical and chemical materials, and implement existing technologies. Industrialization and iterative technology for new product development are the primary goals of the center,and we hope to form more and deeper cooperation with Soochow University in the future, accelerate the industrialization of Soochow University's major scientific and technological achievements in YACOO, and form good economic benefits and social benefits.
