Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid dipotassium salt dihydrate, also known as EDTA-2K, is a common complexing agent. EDTA-2K is also commonly used in the preparation of deodorants, such as toilet deodorants, pesticides and odor molecule removal agents, etc. In addition, according to the description of related patents, EDTA-2K is sequentially subjected to high-temperature calcination, pickling, water washing and drying processes to prepare activated carbon.
